PEC actively promotes and encourages everyone involved to come forward if they have suspicions or witness any matters of concern.
Our Protocol
Every employee, customer, and supplier affiliated with IMR is professionally obligated to voice concerns and report instances of unethical behavior. IMR wholeheartedly advocates for open communication, urging all parties to speak up if they have suspicions or witness any matters that give rise to concern.
- All individuals associated with the organization, including current and former employees, deployed candidates and their relatives, suppliers, and other stakeholders, are eligible to participate in the whistle-blowing process.
- Whistle-blowers are expected to report any illegal conduct, encompassing activities such as theft, violence or threatened violence, criminal damage against property, offering or accepting bribes, fraud, money laundering, financial irregularities, failure to comply with, or breach of, legal or regulatory requirements. This also includes engaging in or threatening to engage in detrimental conduct against a person who has made or is planning to make a disclosure.
- Before making a whistle-blower report, individuals are required to ensure they have reasonable grounds to suspect reportable conduct. The reasonableness of the suspicion is determined objectively, and in practice, a mere allegation without supporting information is unlikely to meet this standard.
- Reporting can be made through the designated hotline/helpline number or on the official website. Additionally, individuals can report directly to the Executive Secretary.
- When making a report, whistle-blowers are encouraged to provide pertinent information such as the date, time, and location of the incident, names of individuals involved, any existing relationship with those individuals, the general nature of the concern, how they became aware of the issue, potential witnesses, and any other relevant information to substantiate the report. This comprehensive information enhances the effectiveness and thoroughness of the reporting process.
