Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Fully committed to achieve a balance of economic, environmental and social imperatives.
PEC POLICY
People, Planet and Profit in its widest sense.
The concept of corporate social performance (CSP) evolved from the concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Social Responsiveness, which responded to questions regarding organizations’ social responsibilities towards their employees, candidates, clients, environment, and community within the organization and how these responsibilities should be performed. It measures the overall performance of the organization towards its social surroundings.
In our policy on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), it is interpreted as people, planet and profit in its widest sense. This triple bottom line has become modus operandi for many business operations. Instead of focusing on the economy of the business, building ways to also benefit the people in their community and the planet overall has become the recognized way for businesses to become good citizens.
