PEC Database

PEC maintains a dynamic database system, regularly updating it to categorize and organize lists of interested applicants based on their skills and personal preferences.

Individual Applicants

Prospective candidates are welcome to visit the PEC office to casually inquire about current job openings or apply for positions that align with their skills.

Advertisement

According to Nepalese foreign employment laws and regulations, placing an advertisement in newspapers is a mandatory requirement.

Controlled Referrals

PEC receives regulated referrals from both former and current employees of client companies based on their specific demands.

Recruitment Procedure

    Confirmation & MOU Signing
    While confirming the job order we survey the job specifications categorically understand the basis of academic qualifications required and propose and suggest the areas of availability to the Employing Company.

    Recruitment Documents Attested From Legal Authorities
    In order for the recruitment of workers from abroad certain regulatory norms have been imposed by the worker sourcing Nations, whereby formalities may differ from each of them. However, the same is already explained to the Employer during the job order confirmation process. Therefore, the employer is required to provide us the documents of recruitment.

    Sourcing of Applications & Pre-Approval from DOFE
    Application sourcing varies in accordance with the category of manpower as required. We implement several methods as in accordance with it.

    Data Bank: We have general data bank system as we keep it updated on a regular basis whereby the interested candidates’ applications are maintained.

    Advertisement: We advertise using different means of media to announce vacancies upon receipt of the recruitment documents.

    Sub runners: We have a strong network of sub-runners and individuals that help us find a large array of applications.

    Pre-Screening & Interview Conduction

    Pre-screening is conducted of applicants interested in abroad placements to shortlist applicants as per the criteria of the companies abroad and briefing to all candidates are conducted by Paramount regarding RECRUITMENT POLICY of the company. Candidates undergo different tests (like aptitude, written and speaking as per the criteria) which are conducted by the Paramount Interview Panel (PEC Panelists).

    • Depending on the category the regional office does primarily pre-select the applicants and keep them available with their detailed resume for the client to interview the applicants accordingly as per their requirement.
    • Trade tests of the candidates are also done in the associate institutes of the Regional Company whereby the arrangement is responsibly conducted.
    • Video interviews are also conducted taking into considerations that some of the employers may not be able to travel as and when required.

    Application processing
    and VISA Endorsement

    Applicant’s resume and other relevant documents as per the category would be provided to the employer together with the applicants’ signed employment agreement offered by the employer. Applicants are also sent for medical examination in accordance to the regulatory requirement imposed by the Country’s Immigration Department.

    Final Approval & Departure
    Legal regulatory requirements are done accordingly before the departure of the candidates as required by the foreign employment policy imposed by the candidate’s country of origin.
